Quarter 4 Update

In Quarter 4, music will be 15-20 minutes per week. While weeks 1 and 2 had some bumps, hopefully the rest of Quarter 4 will be smooth sailing.

So far, students have finished up their studying of J. S. Bach, began a study of Mozart, and have reviewed treble clef.

The rest of the quarter will be brief looks at music theory subjects and classical composers - Beethoven will be added after Mozart.

Q3 Update

All grades and Belle Voci sound great! 2nd and 3rd graders will be auditioning for instrumental parts upon their return from Spring Break, and 5th graders have been given tracks to work on their instrumental parts. 4th grade percussionists look smooth, and our soloists have been hard at work improving their vocals. Students are encouraged to download learning tracks and listen to them a few times over the break, to keep it fresh in their mnds.

Q3W7 - Concert Practice Links and Updates

All grades have been hard at work, preparing for the concert. All vocal soloists have been chosen! Instrumentalists for 4th and 5th grade will be decided next week. 2nd and 3rd grade will begin working on instrument parts and choreography next week. Hopefully, all grades can begin the continuation of their theory and history studies next week as well.
